In-house service engineers
Our in-house service team, based in Norwich, are trained to the highest standard and have many years experience of repairing consumer electronics products.
We are proud to be an appointed dealer for repair of plasma and LCD televisions by the following manufacturers: Panasonic, Sony, Toshiba, Hitachi, JVC, Philips, Samsung and LG.
In addition to work covered by the manufacturers guarantee we repair products on a chargeable basis or those covered by extended service plans, carrying out inspections and evaluations for all major insurance companies, including Domestic and General insurance.
Subject to geographic location, we offer an “in home” service on large screen televisions and where applicable can offer a loan appliance if the product is taken to our workshops for repair.
Our service team attend regular training sessions and have access to the latest service aids and computer systems keeping them at the forefront of technology, working in workshops that are maintained to the highest standard to ensure not only the repair but that the best care is given to the customer product at all times.
Our service team are backed up by dedicated support staff at our retail stores, with our systems enabling them to track orders and repairs in order to keep our customers fully up to date at all times.
