Our methods include one-to-one treatments of Shiatsu, a Japanese finger pressure technique and we teach you individually tailored techniques to help yourself at home.
We also provide exercise classes in T’ai Chi, an ancient Chinese system of gentle, flowing movements designed to align mind and body.
